Yes — our program is an on-demand exchange subscription. After signing up and placing your first order, we securely store your payment details. But unlike typical subscriptions, you control when exchanges happen. You only pay when you send in empties, and we only charge when replacement cylinders are en route. You pay for what you use, with no ongoing fees.
There’s no fixed schedule — it depends entirely on how much sparkling water you make. Exchange when your cylinders run out.
You must exchange two cylinders at a time. That’s why we suggest owning three total — so one can remain in your device while the other two are in transit.
Your water will stop bubbling during the normal carbonation process. If you want to double-check, you can push the center pin with a spoon — it should release any residual CO₂.
In many cases, yes — as long as they’re standard 60L (400–425g) cylinders used for home carbonation. We do not accept damaged cylinders.
We ship full cylinders to you via FedEx. The returned (empty) ones go back to us via USPS.
Because CO₂ is classified as hazardous, we ship via ground only. Once USPS confirms receipt of your returned cylinders, we initiate your replacement order. Expect 2–5 days delivery. We also send you a tracking link once it’s en route.
Yes — you’ll create an account at checkout. This enables us to securely store your payment method and manage future exchanges on your behalf.
It’s simple. Stop returning cylinders in the exchange box, and you won’t be billed again. If you’d like us to delete your stored payment information, just contact our support team and we’ll handle it.
Depending on how you prefer your carbonation (extra bubbly or not) one CO2 tank makes about 60 liters of sparkling water. So assuming one bottle a day, you'll need to refill two tanks every 4 months or so.

You can’t exchange just one. If you send only one, we’ll charge an additional fee (e.g. $9 extra) to complete your exchange.
